Storm boy is a classic story for children but adults will love it too. It was written by the Australian author Colin Thiele. Storm Boy lived between the Coorong National Park and the sea. ‘When Storm Boy goes walking along the beach, or over the sandhills, or in the sanctuary, the birds are not afraid. They know he is a friend. One of them comes to live with Storm Boy and his father, Hideaway. He is the pelican they call Mr Percival.’
